  • Total Sales Volume: $270,193,351 = 7.295% higher than September and 36.279% higher than one year ago
  • Average Sales Price: $306,342 = 0.847% higher than September and 15.266% higher than one year ago
  • Average days on the Market: 81 Days = 7.955% lower than September and 22.857% lower than one year ago

Detached Homes

  • Total Sales Volume: $1,107,908,168 = 16.131% higher than September and 52.814% higher than one year ago
  • Average Sales Price: $534,963 = 5.869% higher than September and 14.075% higher than one year ago
  • Average days on the Market: 74 Days = 2.631% lower than September and 18.681% lower than one year ago

The following graphic charts San Diego County’s market data for Active, Contingent and Pending listings over the last year – further evidence that housing inventory has decreased; increasing marketplace competition between home buyers, and increasing home prices, in many cases, for home sellers.

  • California Housing Affordability Index: 51% = 5.0% lower since August and the same as one year ago
